Your Guide to Thriving in Midlife
I'm Tiffany , a midlife health and wellness coach with a Master's in Public Health from Johns Hopkins and certifications in ergonomics, nutrition, sleep, and health and wellness coaching. Over 30 years, I've helped people untangle the parts of midlife that nobody warned them about: the burnout that feels permanent, the body that suddenly doesn't respond to what used to work, the quiet question of is this really it?
Here's what makes my approach different. I'm science-backed I'll never sell you a cleanse, a supplement, or a vibe. But I'm also not a clipboard-and-protocol coach. I've lived through the midlife reckoning myself: the juggling, the stuck feeling, the moments of wondering who I'd become. I came out stronger, clearer, and with a sense of humor still intact — and I help my clients do the same.
Coaching is the heart of what I do, but it's not the whole picture. Along the way, I created Quiet Retreat — a small line of self-care products designed for the everyday rituals that hold us together between the bigger work. Because real change happens in the sessions and in the quiet moments at home, where the new habits actually take root.
